When I was seven, I asked my mother how old I had to be to levitate, as if it were some height requirement for a rollercoaster. She assured me, "when you're ready," graciously embracing my wondering mind. From then on, I knew it was true; that anything was possible.

My curiosity prevailed, and in 2014 I found reiki.

​

Reiki unified my focus unlike any other field had. Physically engaging with a spiritual force was electrifying. Familiar yet infinitely new, reiki initiated one of the most potent catalysts of self-discovery.

 

I decided to go all-in and train as a Master of Usui-Tibetan Reiki, which is a fusion of two traditions: the original Japanese system created by Sensei Mikao Usui and an ancient form of Tibetan energy medicine.

One Energetics is a conceptual application of what it means to be embodied energy. It's an integrative culmination of training, intuition, research and experience. But most of all, it's a fun way for me to create and discover in a universe born to infinity.
